You can cancel your order in two simple ways:

  1. Instant Cancellation via App/Website – Cancel an order yourself before it moves to the "Packing" stage.
  2. Contact Customer Support – Reach out to us for assistance if the self-cancel option is no longer available.

2. How to Cancel Your Order

A) Self-Service Instant Cancellation (Recommended)

  1. Log in to your eSmartKart.in account.
  2. Go to ‘My Orders’.
  3. Select the order you wish to cancel.
  4. If the order is still cancellable, click the "Cancel Order" button.
  5. Select your reason and confirm.

B) Via Customer Support

If the "Cancel Order" button is not available, act quickly!

  1. Call us immediately at +91 9420 450 350.
  2. Email us at info@eSmartKart.in with your Order ID.

Our team will make every effort to cancel the order if it hasn’t been dispatched.


3. Refund Process for Cancelled Orders

  • Mode of Refund: Refund will be processed to the original source of payment.
  • Refund Timeline:
    • eSmartKart Wallet: Instant refund.
    • UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking: Processed immediately. Amount reflects in your account within 5-7 business days (depends on your bank).

Q1. I accidentally ordered the wrong item. What should I do? A1. Cancel the entire order instantly via the app if it’s still in "Processing" status. If you want to change only one item, cancel and place a new order.

Q2. Why can’t I cancel my order even though I placed it just 5 minutes ago? A2. We aim for fast delivery, so orders move quickly to packing. If the button is gone, call us immediately — we may still be able to help.

Q3. My order is "Out for Delivery." Can I cancel it now? A3. No. Please refuse the delivery at your doorstep. Once returned, we will process a full refund.

Q4. I cancelled my order. How long will the refund take? A4. Wallet refunds are instant. Bank refunds usually appear within 5-7 business days.

Q5. I was charged but my order failed. Will I get a refund? A5. Yes, 100%. The amount is automatically reversed. Contact us if you don’t see it within 24 hours.
