Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products where the sealed packaging has been opened or tampered with by the customer, unless there is a quality issue (such as infestation).

- Share Visual Proof (Very Important) Please send clear photos or a short video showing:

- Batch number and "Best Before" date
- Close-up of the specific issue (insects, leakage, damage, etc.)
3. Resolution: Refund or Replacement
- Refund: Once verified, we process a 100% refund to your original payment method.
- UPI / Cards / Net Banking: Processed immediately, reflects in 5-7 business days.
- eSmartKart Wallet: Instant credit.
- Replacement: If you prefer a replacement and the item is in stock, we will deliver it quickly. If not available, a refund will be issued.
4. Quality Verification
For most kirana items, we process refunds based on the photos/videos you provide. In rare cases involving high-value items or disputes, we may arrange a quick pickup from your doorstep for verification.
