1. Delivery Areas & Serviceability

We currently provide our quick-delivery service in select areas within Pune.

To check if we deliver to your location:

  • Enter your complete address on the eSmartKart.in app or website.
  • Our system will automatically confirm if your area is serviceable.

We are constantly expanding our service areas.

Important Notes on Timelines:

  • The total delivery time is confirmed and managed by the eSmartKart store based on current order volume and inventory.
  • The delivery partner’s role is focused only on the final leg (store to your doorstep), which usually takes around 10 minutes.
  • In rare cases of extreme weather, heavy traffic, or public holidays, slight delays may occur. We will notify you via SMS or app notification.

3. Delivery Partners

  • Current Model: All deliveries are handled by our dedicated, company-owned delivery team to ensure high standards of training and service.
  • Future Plan: As we grow, we may partner with trusted third-party providers, but our commitment to fast and quality delivery will remain the same.

4. Order Tracking

You can track your order in real-time through the app:

  1. Order Confirmed – Order received and being processed.
  2. Picking Items – Store team is assembling your order.
  3. Ready for Dispatch – Order is packed and handed to the delivery partner.
  4. Out for Delivery – Delivery executive is on the way (live location visible on map).
  5. Delivered – Order completed successfully.

5. Delivery Charges

  • Free Delivery: We currently offer FREE delivery on all orders with no minimum order value.
  • Any future changes in delivery charges will be communicated transparently on the platform.

6. Failed Deliveries & Attempts

Our delivery executive typically makes one delivery attempt. A delivery may fail in these cases:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • No one available at the doorstep / security gate
  • Customer unreachable (phone switched off)
  • Order refused by customer

If delivery fails, we will try to contact you to reschedule. If the order cannot be delivered, a full refund will be processed.

Q1. What is your average delivery time? A1. Our average total delivery time is between 15 to 29 minutes. The final transit from store to your doorstep is designed to take about 10 minutes.

Q2. Can I schedule my delivery for a later time? A2. Currently, we focus on instant, on-demand delivery. Scheduled deliveries are not available.

Q4. Do you deliver outside the city? A4. No, we currently deliver only within our designated service areas in Pune. Check serviceability by entering your address on the app.

Q5. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order? A5. Address changes are possible only if the order is still in the “Order Confirmed” stage. Please call support immediately.
